An long distance relationship definitely isn't for everyone, and we've been particularly lucky in terms of having the sort of employment/financial situations that have given us more opportunities than usual to spend time together. Choosing to be in an LDR is a difficult decision and not one to be made lightly. But despite everything, the time we spend together still outweighs the cost of being apart. As long as that's true, I'm confident we’re making the right choice—emotionally, financially, and in every other way.
